Account Manager
Do you have digital marketing industry expertise and want the flexibility to execute your own ideas and schedule?
Slick Raven Marketing Digital Marketing Account Managers create eye-catching content, manage multiple clients across a diverse set of industries, and publish ads that convert, track, and report KPIs. You will report directly to Slick Raven’s owner and work as equals on marketing projects.

Experience in digital marketing & social media management.
- Solid ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts across several industries.
- Reliable, full of new ideas, eager to learn.
- Excellent online research skills & ability to solve problems.
- A great proofreader with excellent written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills are required.
Preferred Qualifications
- A creative mind when it comes to setting up product photography, specifically food.
- Experience with graphic design (Canva or Photoshop).
- Experience managing business social media accounts.
- Skilled with a DSLR for videography and photography.
Responsibilities
- Management and use of Meta Business suite and Sendible tools to schedule out content.
- Ability to communicate with clients on draft approvals.
- Obtaining client objectives (i.e. increasing sales, traffic, brand awareness, engagement, etc.) and implementing organic and paid content to meet those goals.
- Creating graphics and videos for digital platforms.
- Creating clever verbiage for posts.
- Attending photo sessions, light editing, and uploading photos.
- Daily social listening and community management for all clients.
- Research topics, industry trends, and marketing ideas for clients.
- Creation of Facebook ads with supervision.
- Stay up to date with current technology and social media trends.
- Keep up with marketing trends across clientele industries.
- Report KPIs and ROIs monthly.
- Participate in bimonthly client meetings and weekly team meetings.
Job Details
- Full time preferred but will consider 30 hrs a week (part time) for the ideal candidate.
- Compensation is $40,000-50,000 annually (full time), commensurate with education and experience.
- Position includes free attendance to local social media classes and events.
- Candidates can work remotely/from home 80% of the time. Candidate needs to be based out of the KALAMAZOO area or willing to travel throughout Southwest Michigan and possibly Northern Indiana to job sites and clients.
- Candidates must have a home office setup with uninterrupted high-speed internet, a computer, and a printer.
- Full-time employees receive PTO.
- Incentive bonuses are available.
